Important Notice:

By selecting the "Donation Only" option, you grant JCLV Enterprises LLC full consent and rights to resell your ticket(s) to the public through third-party ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster®, StubHub®, or Tix.com™.

Your contribution will support the Artist in two key ways:

• Helping ensure the Artist performs to a full audience.
• Providing the Artist with an additional 50% share of the net proceeds from the resale of your ticket(s), further supporting their financial well-being.

Refund Policy:

In the event a campaign does not meet its funding goal within the designated timeframe—6 months for all TixStart USA and TixStart International Campaigns, and 12 months for all TixStart For Artists (Your Vegas Show) Campaigns—100% of your donation will be refunded, less a 5% (five per cent) Administration Fee and a 5% (five percent) Credit Card Refund Fee.

Exception: If any TixStart For Artist (Your Vegas Show) Campaign is canceled due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control after the Artist's show is booked, only 50% of your donation will be refunded. Please refer to our Non Equity Crowdfunding And Your Vegas Show Terms and Conditions for full details.

Important Notice:
If you have selected "Plan to Attend the Show," please note that your ticket is no longer eligible for resale through any third-party ticketing platform or vendor. Once the Artist's show is officially scheduled and tickets are released, Rebel Boom will email your General Admission digital ticket(s) directly to you.
