These Community Guidelines (hereinafter "Guidelines") outline the rules, standards, and expectations for the behavior of all registered users ("Users") who access or use our services, website, mobile applications, or any other digital platforms ("Services"). 3.1 User Ownership and Rebel Boom Original Content: Users retain ownership of the content they create and share through the Services. However, due to certain or some unpreventable digital transmissions directly connected to the world wide web, by posting content, Users grant Rebel Boom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and perform such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services. Rebel Boom shall not profit from any content posted on Rebel Boom.com by Users with the exception of the following: crowd funding platform fees, ticket sales from original Rebel Boom shows, and revenues directly relating to Rebel Boom dietary supplements, Rebel Boom merchandise and any other original products created and marketed by Rebel Boom via Rebel Boom.com.
3.2 Content Moderation: Rebel Boom reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Guidelines or applicable laws. The Company has sole discretion to determine whether content is inappropriate or violates the Guidelines.
3.3 Third-Party Rights: Users must ensure that any content they post does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights.
4.1 User Data: The collection, use, and sharing of Users' personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable state, federal, and international privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
4.2 Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their password. Users must immediately notify Rebel Boom of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
4.3 Data Access Requests: Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Users may exercise these rights by contacting the Company directly via support@rebelboom.com.
5.1 Illegal Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, fraud, distribution of counterfeit or pirated goods, and any activities that violate any laws or regulations.
5.2 Commercial Activities: Users may not use the Services for unauthorized commercial activities, such as advertising, promotion, or sales, without express permission from Rebel Boom.
5.3 Spamming and Phishing: Users are prohibited from sending unsolicited messages, including spam, chain letters, or any form of phishing.
6.1 Violations: Violations of these Guidelines may result in a range of actions, including but not limited to warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of the User's account.
6.2 Appeal Process: Users whose accounts have been suspended or terminated may appeal the decision by contacting Rebel Boom's support team via support@rebelboom.com. Rebel Boom will review the appeal and notify the User of its final decision.
6.3 Legal Actions: Rebel Boom reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and may initiate or participate in legal proceedings against Users who violate these Guidelines or applicable laws.
7.1 No Liability for User Content: Rebel Boom is not responsible for any User-generated content, and the User acknowledges that Rebel Boom does not endorse, represent, or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by other Users.
7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Rebel Boom makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Services.
7.3 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebel Boom, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to their use of the Services, violation of these Guidelines, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
Rebel Boom reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Guidelines at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Rebel Boom website or other communication channels. Users are encouraged to review the Guidelines periodically for any updates or changes.
These Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Guidelines or the use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA or where otherwise applicable contingent on the conflict or matter in dispute (please see our Disputes and Resolutions Under Governing Laws section).
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Although all content posted on Rebel Boom is bound by its Community Guidelines, and is considered to be “safe and ethical” to view (please see our Ethics Statement) for children between the age of 13 and 18, if you are between the age of 13 and 18 you agree that it is solely and entirely your responsibility to be supervised by your parent or legal guardian in which case your parent or legal guardian gives/grants you permission to view the Content and Services on Rebel Boom.com. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions.

Rebel Boom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise determined by Rebel Boom to be inappropriate. Rebel Boom also reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Community Guidelines, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.
