Every fan’s contribution = one digital ticket to your show. They’re not just “donating,” they’re locking in their spot for a one-of-a-kind live performance in Las Vegas. If the campaign doesn’t reach the required 1000 pre-sold tickets goal, your fans will get a full refund minus a non refundable 5% (five per cent) platform use fee and a 5% (five per cent) credit card processing fee.

There is a one time $49 USD sign up fee. However, Rebel Boom is currently offering the first 25 sign ups for free. Additionally, Rebel Boom is paid from the campaign funds once your show is confirmed. Rebel Boom retains a $10,000 service fee (covering booking, travel, promotion, producing and production services) plus a non refundable 5% (five percent) platform use fee from each $64.95 contribution / donation. You never write a check to Rebel Boom!

Each donation/contribution of $64.95 to a Your Vegas Show campaign is part of Rebel Boom’s donation/contribution crowdfunding model with rewards. Each donation/contribution also represents the advance presale purchase of one (1) general admission digital ticket to the artist’s live Las Vegas performance, provided the campaign reaches its full funding threshold.
Throughout Rebel Boom’s marketing, advertising, and Terms & Conditions, the terms “donation,” “contribution,” “ticket presale,” or “donation/contribution/ticket presale” may be used interchangeably. These transactions are not charitable gifts, securities, or investments — they are part of a rewards-based crowdfunding model, where the “reward” is a pre-sold general admission ticket.
Each Your Vegas Show campaign requires a minimum of 1,000 donation/contribution/ticket presales equivalent to $64,950.00 (sixty four thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars) to confirm the live performance. Until this threshold is reached, all contributions are held in escrow by Rebel Boom’s authorized third-party payment processor.
If the campaign does not reach the minimum of 1,000 donation/contribution/ticket presales by the campaign deadline, all presale payments will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method used at checkout. Digital tickets will be delivered electronically to all supporters once the campaign has successfully reached the 1,000 ticket threshold and the performance is confirmed. Tickets are transferable but not refundable, except under Section 3.
Your Vegas Show is a donation/contribution crowdfunding model with rewards. Supporters’ payments are treated as advance ticket presales, not charitable donations, loans, securities, or equity investments. The “reward” for each contribution is the right to attend the artist’s show if fully funded, or a full refund if the campaign does not succeed minus a non refundable 5% (five per cent) platform use fee and a 5% (five per cent) credit card processing fee.
