This document outlines the terms, conditions, privacy policy, and other legal provisions applicable to the use of The Rebel Boom™ Non-Equity Crowdfunding Platform ("Rebel Boom" or "Platform"). By accessing or using the Rebel Boom™ Digital Platform, users agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth herein.
Platform: Refers to Rebel Boom™, including its website rebelboom.com, services, and any associated software or technology.
User: An individual or entity that registers and/or participates in a crowdfunding campaign on Rebel Boom™.
Campaign: A crowdfunding initiative set up by a User on Rebel Boom™ to raise funds.
Contributor/Donor: An individual or entity that provides funds to a Campaign.
Rebel Boom Fee(s): The non-refundable fee(s) charged by Rebel Boom™ for using its Platform.
PCI DSS Compliance: Rebel Boom® and rebelboom.com meet all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance as required by rebelboom.com’s 3rd party regulated payment processing provider / partner.
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information. Rebel Boom™ reserves the right to reject or terminate any User’s registration.
Campaign Creation: Rebel Boom™ will review campaigns for compliance but does not guarantee success or endorsement.
Fees: A non-refundable Platform Fee of 5% (five per cent) of the total amount raised will be charged, regardless of the Campaign's success.
Fixed Period: TixStart™ USA and TixStart™ International Campaigns run for 6 months. If the funding goal is not met, funds are refunded to contributors, excluding Rebel Boom™ Fees.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their Campaigns at any time. All or a portion of the funds, except Rebel Boom™ Fees, will be refunded to contributors.
User Indemnification: Registered and Non Registered Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Boom™, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from their use of the Platform.
7a. Rebel Boom E-Commerce PCI DSS Compliance: Rebel Boom® and rebelboom.com meet all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance as required by rebelboom.com’s 3rd party regulated payment processing provider / partner.
Data Collection: Includes name and contact information for registration and campaign management as well as credit and debit card details via 3rd party payment processing.
Data Usage: Used to provide services and comply with legal requirements. Data is not sold or rented.
Cookies: Used to enhance User experience. Users may manage cookie settings.
Security: Rebel Boom™ uses standard security protocols but does not guarantee complete protection.
No Guarantees: Success of Campaigns is not guaranteed. Contributions are at the donor’s own risk.
Unfulfilled Campaigns: If not funded in time, all Campaign funds (excluding Rebel Boom™ Fees) will be returned to all registered contributors / donors via Rebel Boom’s online card processing system to the registered contributor’s credit card card used to contribute / donate funds to their respective TixStart™ USA or TixStart™ International Entrepreneur / Start Up Campaign.
Ownership and Equity: All campaigns are strictly non-equity. Participation does not provide ownership, profit sharing, or equity in Rebel Boom™ or any campaign.
Platform Fees: $49.00 USD non-refundable Platform Use Fee and $39.95 USD Wholesale Price Club Fee.
Supplement Discount: 25% discount on $1,350 wholesale supplement purchases.
Cash Back: A $200 USD refund is credited / deposited immediately into the Campaign’s crowdfunding account upon account / campaign activation.
Non Refundable Platform Use Fee: A non refundable 5% (five percent) fee is applied on all gross donations.
Additional Benefits: Please refer to The Rebel Boom® Bizz Star Pro Amazon® Plan information page as well as all related Plan terms and conditions.
Platform Use Fee: $49 USD non-refundable Platform Use Fee.
No Additional Purchases: Required beyond Platform Fee. With the exception of the Rock Star Plan. Please see The Rock Star Plan + The Singles Plan Event Ticket Package.
Non Refundable Platform Use Fee: A non refundable 5% (five percent) Platform Management Fee is applied on all gross contributions / donations.
Unfulfilled Campaigns: If not funded in time, Campaign Funds (excluding Rebel Boom™ Fees) are returned via Rebel Boom’s online card processing system to the registered contributor’s credit card card used to donate funds to their respective TixStart™ For Artist Campaign.
Cancellations After A Fulfilled Campaign: Due to an unforeseen cancellation of a fully funded booked and scheduled show, only 50% (fifty per cent) of the contributed Campaign Funds will be returned to the contributors (excluding all Rebel Boom Fees). Please see all Terms and Conditions relating to TixStart™ For Artists and other related Legal documents found in our Company and Legal Information for Your Vegas Show™ on our home page.
Travel and Accommodation Indemnification: Rebel Boom™, including but not limited to its owners, managers, employees, affiliates, and agents, shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for any losses, damages, costs, or inconveniences incurred by any Artist, Contributor, Donor, or other third party who independently books travel arrangements—such as flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals, or any other transportation or lodging—in connection with attending any live performance, show, or event associated with a TixStart™ For Artists or Your Vegas Show® campaign. All travel-related bookings are made at the sole risk of the individual. In the event that a fully funded and scheduled Campaign is canceled for any reason, only fifty percent (50%) of the contributed Campaign Funds will be returned to contributors, excluding all Rebel Boom™ Fees. No reimbursements or compensation shall be provided for any ancillary or travel-related expenses incurred. Users are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance. Please refer to all Terms and Conditions relating to TixStart™ For Artists and other relevant legal documents available in the Company and Legal Information section located on our homepage.
Payment Allocation and Classification: Artists who successfully meet their minimum 1000 (one thousand) ticketing goal through the Rebel Boom™ Non-Equity Crowdfunding Platform (TixStart™ for Artists) shall receive a guaranteed payment of $10,000 USD (ten thousand USD) as compensation for independent contractor services rendered in connection with a one-time live performance in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. This payment shall be disbursed in two parts: (1) a good faith payment of $1,000 USD (one thousand USD) upon confirmation that the campaign has been fully funded, and (2) a final payment of $9,000 USD (nine thousand USD) upon completion of the scheduled performance. The final $9,000 USD (nine thousand USD) payment will be delivered in person to the Artist via certified bank check or wire transfer. Delivery of the final $9,000 USD (nine thousand USD) - via certified bank check or wire transfer – is the choice of the Artist. This guaranteed payment is not defined as profit-sharing and does not create any partnership or equity interest between the Artist and Rebel Boom™, its affiliates, or associates. The Artist shall be classified strictly as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for any personal tax obligations in their jurisdiction in connection with this compensation. All contributed / donated funds will be processed via rebelboom.com’s online / e-commerce payment processing system and securely held in escrow by Rebel Boom’s 3rd party payment processing partner.
Campaign Cancellation and Limitation of Liability: Rebel Boom™ expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any Campaign, including but not limited to fully funded Campaigns, upon the discovery or reasonable determination of fraud, misrepresentation, or any other conduct that constitutes a violation of Rebel Boom’s Terms and Conditions, policies, or applicable laws. In the event of such cancellation, Rebel Boom™ shall bear no liability or further financial obligation to the Artist or to any third party for any damages, costs, losses, or payments of any kind, except that Rebel Boom may, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions, return all or a portion of eligible contributed funds to registered donors, where applicable and at Rebel Boom’s sole discretion. All Rebel Boom™ Fees remain non-refundable under any circumstances.
Fixed Period: Campaigns have 1 (one) year to fund 1000 to 2000 tickets for a 2-hour or shorter performance.
Additional Benefits: Refer to Your Vegas Show and The Rock Star Plan terms.
Payment and Classification: Artists who meet their campaign’s ticketing goal through the Rebel Boom™ Non-Equity Crowdfunding Platform (TixStart™ for Artists) will receive a conditional guaranteed payment of $10,000 USD. This payment is issued as compensation for independent contractor services rendered in connection with their one night only performance in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
No Profit Sharing or Partnership: This payment is not defined or deemed to be profit sharing, royalty income, or any form of equity or ownership compensation. The Artist is not and will not be considered a partner, shareholder, member, or profit-sharing associate of Rebel Boom™, its owners, associates, or affiliates.
Tax Responsibility: The Artist is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all income taxes or other taxes associated with receiving this payment in their local, state, or national jurisdiction. Rebel Boom™ does not withhold taxes or provide tax advice.
Legal Relationship: The Artist acknowledges that their relationship with Rebel Boom™ is strictly that of an independent contractor and that no employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is intended or created by participation in the TixStart™ For Artists program.
License: Upon payment of $49 (forty nine USD), Registered Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform.
Prohibited Activities: Fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access are prohibited. Please see other Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines located in our Company and Legal Information section.
Termination: Rebel Boom™ may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual Property: Rebel Boom’s Platform is patent-pending. Registered or Non Registerd Users do not obtain rights to any IP.
Unsolicited Feedback and Submission of Ideas: JCLV Enterprises LLC dba Rebel Boom™, does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, proposals, concepts, materials, or suggestions, including without limitation ideas for new products, services, advertising campaigns, promotions, marketing strategies, or technologies (“Unsolicited Submissions”). Users are strongly advised not to transmit or submit any such materials via rebelboom.com, or any affiliated Rebel Boom™ communication channel.
By submitting any Unsolicited Submission, whether intentionally or inadvertently, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) your submission becomes the sole and exclusive property of JCLV Enterprises LLC dba Rebel Boom™, without any obligation of confidentiality, compensation, or attribution; (ii) Rebel Boom™ shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such submission in any media or format now known or hereafter developed; and (iii) you waive any and all claims against Rebel Boom™ and its affiliates with respect to the use of any ideas, concepts, or materials that are the same or substantially similar to those contained in your submission.

Governing Law: This document is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada.
Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration: Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of the Rebel Boom™ Platform, participation in any Campaign, or any agreement between you and JCLV Enterprises LLC dba Rebel Boom™—including but not limited to issues concerning interpretation, breach, termination, enforcement, or validity—shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, and not in court.
By using the Rebel Boom™ TixStart™ Platform, you expressly agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the place of arbitration shall be Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments: Rebel Boom™ may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the terms.
Entire Agreement: This document is the complete agreement between Rebel Boom™ and Users regarding the Rebel Boom™ TixStart™ Platform.
By using the Rebel Boom™ Non Equity Crowdfunding Platform all artists, entrepreneurs, individuals, companies, customers, participants, contributors, donors, registered and non registered users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this document.
