Venues and Third-Party Ticketing Partners Statement and Acknowledgment

This document outlines the ethical framework under which Rebel Boom ("Company") collaborates with various venues and third-party ticketing partners ("Partners").

  1. Acknowledgment of Venue and Ticketing Partner Governance

    Rebel Boom is not a ticket issuing company. Rebel Boom relies on Third-Party Ticketing Partners and their Services to digitally distribute live venue (show) tickets to the ticket holder/purchaser. Rebel Boom acknowledges and respects that each venue and ticketing partner it collaborates with is governed by its own respective rules, regulations, terms, conditions, ethics, and applicable laws. The Company understands that these may vary based on jurisdiction, organizational policies, and specific agreements.

  2. Commitment to Positive Working Relationships

    Rebel Boom's primary goal is to construct and develop a positive, cooperative, and mutually beneficial working relationship with all its Partners. The Company is committed to open communication, collaboration, and respect for the operational practices of each Partner.

  3. Compliance with Rules, Regulations, and Ethical Standards

    Rebel Boom’s goal at all times is to work with and comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and ethical standards set forth by its Partners. In the same respect, Rebel Boom will always engage in dialogue, conduct a comprehensive analysis and review of its Partners contracts, governing rules, terms and conditions to ensure all Third-Party partnerships result in a mutually beneficial understanding and arrangement as well as produce a positive experience for Rebel Boom (Company) and its customers. The Company will take all necessary measures to ensure that its practices align with the terms and conditions established by each Partner, including but not limited to licensing requirements, safety standards, and customer service policies.

  4. Licensed Venues

    Rebel Boom will only stage shows and events in venues that hold all applicable licenses required under state and federal laws. The Company will conduct due diligence to ensure that each venue meets the necessary legal and regulatory standards. Furthermore, Rebel Boom adheres to all ticketing refund policies as governed by its Third-Party Ticketing Partners, ensuring compliance with their respective rules and procedures regarding customer refunds and ticket exchanges.

  5. Delivery of a Secure and Sound Product

    Rebel Boom is committed to delivering a secure, sound, and high-quality product for all its customers. To achieve this, the Company will work closely with its Partners to ensure that all events, ticketing processes, and customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and ethical conduct.

  6. Resolution of Disputes

    In the event of any disputes or disagreements between Rebel Boom and any of its Partners, the Company is committed to resolving such issues in a fair, prompt, and amicable manner, respecting the established guidelines and seeking mutually beneficial solutions.

  7. Ongoing Collaboration and Improvement

    Rebel Boom is dedicated to continuously improving its practices and partnerships. The Company will regularly review and assess its relationships with venues and ticketing partners to identify areas for growth, enhancement, and further collaboration.

  8. Insurance

    Rebel Boom will maintain and ensure at all times that all applicable licenses and insurance are secured for any live event that the Company produces and/or stages. This includes, but is not limited to, general liability insurance, event cancellation insurance, and any other relevant coverage necessary to protect the Company, its Partners, and customers against potential risks and liabilities associated with live events.

  9. Confirmation and Clarification

    This document does not form or constitute any means, degree or level of agreement with any Venue or Third-Party Ticketing Partner. This Statement merely sets forth and acknowledges Rebel Boom’s recognition of ethics and responsibilities toward fostering a positive, healthy, working relationship with all venues and third-party ticketing partners.
