At Rebel Boom, our primary commitment is to maintain a strong, transparent, and collaborative relationship with our customers and contributors. We prioritize addressing any concerns, complaints, or disputes that may arise in the course of our business operations directly with you before considering arbitration or other formal legal actions. Our goal is to find an amicable resolution in good faith to ensure mutual satisfaction and maintain the trust you place in us.
2.1 Notification of Dispute: In the event that a concern or dispute arises, you are encouraged to notify Rebel Boom promptly by contacting our customer service or dispute resolution team via [contact email or phone number]. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, including relevant dates, facts, and supporting documentation, to facilitate an effective resolution process.
2.2 Informal Dispute Resolution Process: Upon receipt of the dispute notification, Rebel Boom will review the issue thoroughly and engage in a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through direct communication. This may involve discussions, negotiations, or any other reasonable means to address and resolve your concern. We aim to acknowledge receipt of your dispute within [X] business days and to propose a resolution within [Y] business days, depending on the complexity of the matter.
2.3 Escalation: If the initial resolution effort does not lead to a mutually agreeable solution, either party may escalate the dispute by involving higher-level management or requesting a meeting or teleconference. Both parties are expected to participate in this escalation process actively and constructively.
3.1 Mediation: If a dispute remains unresolved after following the steps outlined in Section 2, the parties may agree to submit the matter to mediation before proceeding to arbitration. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third party mutually agreed upon by both parties. The costs of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Arbitration: If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through direct communication or mediation, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration. Rebel Boom's willingness to engage in direct communication and dispute resolution efforts with customers or contributors before pursuing arbitration does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available under the applicable laws, nor does it prevent Rebel Boom from initiating arbitration or any other legal proceedings if a resolution cannot be reached.
