These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the membership, participation, and use of services provided by The Rebel Boom Music Club, operated by JCLV Enterprises LLC, dba Rebel Boom ("Rebel Boom," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining The Rebel Boom Music Club ("the Club"), you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not join or participate in the Club. Membership is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using or participating in any Rebel Boom plans, services, platforms, or The Rebel Boom Music Club.
Membership in The Rebel Boom Music Club is open to individuals who:
Upon successful registration, Members shall be granted access to exclusive opportunities, including but not limited to the chance to win two (2) concert tickets for an artist of the Member’s choice, subject to the conditions outlined below.
During the sign-up process, Members may select an artist for whom they would like to win two (2) concert tickets.
Winners will be selected through a random lottery process. Rebel Boom will announce the details of upcoming lotteries on its official websites (rebelboom.com and rebelboomofficialsite.com) and on its social media platforms (@officialrebelboom, @rebelboomusa, and @rebelboommusicclub).
Winning Members will be notified via email or direct message through social media channels or other official communication methods designated by Rebel Boom.
Rebel Boom will make every reasonable effort to secure two (2) concert tickets for the specific artist selected by the Member during the sign-up process.
Despite our best efforts, Rebel Boom does not guarantee the availability of tickets for any particular artist. Such unavailability may arise due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
In the event that Rebel Boom is unable to procure tickets for the artist selected by a Member, Rebel Boom will make reasonable efforts to contact the winning Member directly to discuss an alternative ticket option ("Second Choice"). The Second Choice shall be a mutually agreeable selection between the Member and Rebel Boom. While Rebel Boom will use its best efforts to secure tickets corresponding to the Member's Second Choice, Rebel Boom does not make any representations or warranties regarding the availability, procurement, or delivery of such tickets.
Rebel Boom does not guarantee a specific timeline for the delivery of tickets. The timeline for delivery depends on factors including but not limited to availability of tickets, the artist’s touring schedule, and venue constraints.
Members will be notified of the ticket delivery process via email, social media, or other official communication methods specified by Rebel Boom.
Rebel Boom reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on our official websites (rebelboom.com and rebelboomofficialsite.com) and/or our official social media platforms.
It is the responsibility of the Member to regularly review these Terms. Continued participation in The Rebel Boom Music Club after any changes to these Terms constitutes the Member’s acceptance of the revised Terms.
Rebel Boom will notify Members of upcoming concert ticket lotteries and other relevant updates via the following official channels:
Rebel Boom collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA (where applicable). Personal data collected may include but is not limited to name, email, and artist preferences.
Members have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. Such requests may be submitted through official contact channels provided below.
Rebel Boom implements industry-standard security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or breaches.
In the event of a data breach, Rebel Boom will notify affected Members and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
By using The Rebel Boom Music Club services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in the United States and internationally. By providing personal data, Members consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their information as outlined in these Terms, including compliance with regulations such as CCPA, COPPA, and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, as well as international laws such as GDPR. Members have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. However, withdrawing consent may result in the forfeiture of the Member’s rights to participate in the Club.
Members are solely responsible for the content they post on their Rebel Boom Music Club pages, whether private or public. Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, nationality, disability, or any other form of intolerance is strictly prohibited.
Violation of the Content and Conduct Policy will result in the immediate removal of the content, suspension or cancellation of the Member’s account, and a lifetime ban from Rebel Boom’s Digital Platform.
Members must comply with all applicable U.S. and international laws when posting content on their Rebel Boom Music Club pages. Any violation of these laws or the Terms may result in immediate removal of the content, suspension or cancellation of the Member’s account, and a lifetime ban from Rebel Boom's Digital Platform, subject to the Leniency, Evaluation, and Investigation clause outlined in Section 12.
Rebel Boom reserves the right to investigate and evaluate violations of the Content and Conduct Policy on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity of the violation, a user may be issued a single warning with a 24-hour compliance period. Failure to comply will result in immediate account cancellation and a lifetime ban from Rebel Boom’s Digital Platform.
Rebel Boom may offer Members opportunities to participate in affiliate marketing programs. These programs allow Members to earn commissions based on the referral of products or services through special links or codes. By participating in these programs, Members agree to abide by the rules and guidelines specified by Rebel Boom and the relevant affiliate partners.
If Members engage in any promotional activities through Rebel Boom’s platform, they must disclose any material connections with advertisers, sponsors, or third-party companies. Members are prohibited from misleading consumers by making false claims regarding any products, services, or affiliations.
All content shared as part of affiliate programs remains the intellectual property of Rebel Boom or the applicable third-party affiliate, and Members do not acquire any ownership or rights over such content, aside from the right to participate in the program.
Rebel Boom and its affiliated logos, names, trademarks, and any other distinctive brand elements are the exclusive property of JCLV Enterprises LLC and are protected under applicable trademark laws. Members are prohibited from using any Rebel Boom trademarks or related materials without the express written consent of Rebel Boom.
Members are responsible for ensuring that any third-party materials, including trademarks, copyrighted content, and logos, used in their posts or communications on Rebel Boom’s platforms do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. Members must obtain proper permission or licenses before using third-party content.
Rebel Boom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Members to do the same. Any content that infringes upon the copyright or trademark rights of third parties may be removed, and the offending Member’s account may be suspended or terminated.
Members may upload or post content (e.g., images, videos, text) on Rebel Boom’s platform. By submitting such content, Members affirm that they hold the necessary rights to the content, and they grant Rebel Boom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content as part of the Club’s activities. This license includes the right to promote the Club and its content.
Members may not post, upload, or distribute any third-party logos, trademarks, or copyrighted content unless they have the necessary rights or permissions. Any unauthorized use of third-party materials may result in legal action by the rightful owners and suspension or termination of the Member's account.
Posting or displaying third-party content does not imply any endorsement or affiliation with the third-party. Rebel Boom is not responsible for the content or actions of third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
