These terms govern The Rebel Boom® Wholesale Amazon® Reseller Program (the “Program”).
By enrolling, purchasing, or reselling Rebel Boom® products, you agree to the following:
1. Independent Reseller Status
Resellers are independent businesses and are not affiliates, employees, or agents of Rebel Boom® or JCLV Enterprises LLC.
Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship.
2. Purchase & Resale
Resellers must purchase all Rebel Boom® products directly from rebelboom.com or through other Rebel Boom-approved wholesale channels.
Products purchased are the property of the reseller upon payment and delivery.
Resellers are responsible for all sales, marketing, listings, shipping, returns, and customer service on Amazon® or any other platform.
3. Authorized Resellers
Only resellers who purchase directly from Rebel Boom® are “Authorized Resellers.”
Unauthorized sellers may be subject to takedown notices or enforcement actions.
4. No Affiliate Commissions
This is not an affiliate marketing program. Rebel Boom® does not pay commissions on clicks, referrals, or sales made on Amazon or any other platform.
Reseller revenue and profits come from the difference between wholesale cost and the price you choose to sell for.
5. Branding & Compliance
Resellers may use Rebel Boom® product names, images, and approved descriptions for the purpose of reselling Rebel Boom products.
Resellers may not modify product labeling or make unapproved health claims.
All marketing must comply with FTC, FDA, DSHEA, and Amazon Seller Guidelines.
6. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Rebel Boom® may publish a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect brand value.
Resellers agree not to undercut MAP if such a policy is in effect.
7. Intellectual Property
Rebel Boom® trademarks, logos, and artwork remain the exclusive property of JCLV Enterprises LLC.
Authorization to resell does not grant ownership of intellectual property.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Resellers assume all risk and liability for their independent sales.
Rebel Boom® is not responsible for customer disputes, Amazon account issues, or third-party platform restrictions.
9. Termination
Rebel Boom® reserves the right to revoke reseller authorization at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct harmful to the brand.
10. Governing Law
This Program is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
