The 1000 Plus Tickets Funded
Terms and Conditions

Currently Rebel Boom’s Your Vegas Show™ is financially structured to cover all costs for a general admission non seating (standing only) 1000 audience /room capacity. Compensation to the artist opting for the 1000 (one thousand) tickets funded plan will be compensated $10 USD (ten US dollars) per ticket sold. For artists choosing to continue their campaign beyond 1000 Plus (one thousand plus) tickets funded, up to a maximum of 2000 (two thousand) tickets funded, compensation will be reduced to $8 USD (eight US dollars) per ticket due to the following reasons:

When the capacity of a live entertainment venue increases, there are several safety and legal factors that drive up operational costs. Including the cost to a larger room/venue. Here’s a breakdown of the most significant reasons:

  1. Enhanced Security Requirements: Larger venues require more personnel for crowd control and security checks, especially at entry and exit points, to ensure public safety. Additional security measures may include advanced surveillance systems, metal detectors, and trained staff to handle emergencies, all of which come with significant costs.
  2. Fire Safety and Evacuation Protocols: Fire and building codes typically require larger venues to have more extensive fire prevention systems, including smoke detectors, sprinklers, and emergency lighting. Additionally, evacuation routes must be clearly marked, unobstructed, and equipped with proper signage.
  3. Higher Liability Insurance: Larger gatherings pose greater risks, increasing the potential for injuries, accidents, and claims. Venues must carry liability insurance, which gets more expensive with higher capacities. Insurance premiums reflect the potential risks associated with the size and type of event, and the policy coverage needs to meet both legal requirements and business needs.
  4. Structural Safety and Load-Bearing Requirements: Larger venues must meet strict structural requirements to support increased loads, including people, equipment, and staging. This may possibly involve reinforced floors, roofs, and other structural elements, which come with initial construction and ongoing maintenance costs.
  5. Emergency Medical and First Aid: As venue size grows, so does the likelihood of medical incidents. Legal and safety standards may require venues to have on-site first aid stations or emergency medical technicians (EMTs) available. This can mean staffing medical personnel and equipping the venue with medical supplies to manage potential health crises.
  6. Enhanced Acoustic and Soundproofing Requirements: To prevent sound disturbance to nearby areas, larger venues often require better sound proofing and acoustic control, which may increase construction and operational costs. Regulations may demand specific acoustic modifications or restrictions on decibel levels.
  7. Sanitation and Facility Maintenance: Larger venues necessitate more bathrooms, increased ventilation, and higher water consumption, which means higher sanitation and facility maintenance costs. Additional custodial staff is often needed to maintain cleanliness during and after events.
  8. Accessibility Requirements: Accessibility standards under laws like the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) mandate larger spaces to accommodate people with disabilities, which includes providing ramps, elevators, and accessible seating. These modifications can significantly increase construction costs and ongoing maintenance expenses.
  9. Traffic and Crowd Management: Managing the flow of large crowds both inside and outside the venue is crucial to avoid congestion and ensure smooth, safe movement. Larger venues may need to invest in signage, barriers, or even traffic control personnel to manage entry and exit, especially during emergencies. Local ordinances may also require collaboration with law enforcement or additional staffing to manage parking and traffic, further adding to costs.
  10. Permits and Compliance: Larger capacities require permits that are more complex and expensive, including health, safety, and occupancy certifications. Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as fire marshal inspections and health department certifications, often becomes more stringent with higher capacities, adding time and expense.
  11. Noise and Environmental Control: Noise ordinances and environmental impact assessments may come into play when expanding a venue. Increased capacity usually leads to louder events, which may disturb local neighborhoods and environments. Compliance with noise regulations, environmental impact fees, and potential noise-reducing infrastructure can drive up costs.

Each of these factors can contribute, if required, to the cost increase of a larger venue. Rebel Boom is committed to ensuring all Your Vegas Show™ performances are legally compliant and that safety standards are met for all involved.
