• The Poster Board is a free service. Rebel Boom collects no revenue from any posting featured on the Poster Board.
• All Submissions must be reviewed and approved before being posted. Review and approval typically occur within 24 to 72 hours.
• The Poster Board is publicly accessible without requiring user registration.
• As a public platform, all relevant privacy policies, cookie policies, and social media sharing policies of Rebel Boom apply.

3. Submission and Approval

• Users submitting content for the Poster Board acknowledge that approval is at the sole discretion of Rebel Boom.
• Submissions must adhere to Rebel Boom’s Community Guidelines and other applicable policies.
• Rebel Boom reserves the right to reject, remove, modify, or take down any Submission at any time without prior notice if it violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable policies.

4. Indemnification and Liability

• Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebel Boom, JCLV Enterprises LLC, its officers, partners, and associates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal disputes arising from their Submissions.
• Rebel Boom assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Submissions.
• Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any legal or reputational consequences resulting from their posted content.

5. Public Nature of Postings

• Since the Poster Board is publicly accessible, users should refrain from posting any confidential or sensitive personal information.
• Rebel Boom is not responsible for any third-party use, distribution, or sharing of posted content.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• Users submitting content to the Poster Board affirm that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any copyrighted materials included in their Submissions.
• Any Submissions found to infringe on third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights will be subject to review and possible removal from the Poster Board at Rebel Boom’s discretion.
• Rebel Boom reserves the right to take appropriate action against any users who repeatedly submit infringing content, which may include banning them from future use of the Poster Board.

7. Removal and Modification of Content

• Rebel Boom reserves the right to remove, delete, take down, or modify any Submission at its discretion, especially if it violates Rebel Boom’s policies or Community Guidelines.
• Users may request the removal of their own Submissions, but Rebel Boom is not obligated to fulfill such requests once a Submission has been approved and published.

8. No Endorsement

• The presence of a Submission on the Poster Board does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership between Rebel Boom and the submitting party.
• Rebel Boom does not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of the claims made in any posted advertisements.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Rebel Boom reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the Poster Board constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which JCLV Enterprises LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
